How to Buy
1. Download the file Orderform.doc
note : to choose the folder
where you want to save the file ‘Orderform.doc’ use right-click on
the link, then ‘save as...’.
2. Print and fill the file.
3.Send the order form.
* Either

4. Pay the relevant amount,
depending on the number of ordered copies.
* If you
chose "Bank transfer" as the method of payment (only from the E.C.),
wire the money to the indicated account.
* If you
chose "Credit card" as the method of payment, you will receive an
e-mail indicating how to proceed.
5. The book(s) will be
posted to you with the invoice/receipt.
